I looked at it. The photo was a capture from a church CCTV camera. They had my face. And the uniform was OK. Clearly showed the CA REPUBLIC name tape and the snarling bear.

$50,000 for any 'California officer'
$10,000 for each California 'soldier'
$1,000 for each refuGee bandit

I tore it down and stuffed it in a pocket.
Amazing what we can do with forensics. The paper, the ink, the printer. The place where it was printed.
And some further discussion of the laws of war.
I _would_ educate every person in Iowa, one by one, in the laws of war.
