I believe XP SP2 has it as an automatic update. It's only if you don't have automatic updates enabled, or don't have SP2 where it's not automatic.

I type corrected . . . Windows XP service pack 2, as below.

However, almost every box I own is neither Vista nor XP. I still have line Windows 95 and Windows 98 machines at my office!
