None of this seems like a good bomb placement to me.

Apparently, a teenager tried to explain to one of the Boston cops that the icon was a cartoon character. He was nearly arrested for his troubles.

Way to go, Boston PD! Turn down real-time critical operational intelligence because you think IQ comes from the uniform store . . .
