GWOT 2 - Chinese Speech

A speech in Chinese with English subtitles is broadcast over what is now a single national TV news network. We are clipping video, of course. Wyatt and I analyze it carefully, sometimes using stills and blowing them up. We've picked up a lot of intel that way.,
"Even though large tracts of China and many old and famous cities and provinces have fallen or may fall into the grip of the invader and all the odious apparatus of American rule, we shall not flag or fail. We shall go on to the end, we shall fight in the North, we shall fight in the South, we shall fight on the seas and oceans, we shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air and in the heavens, we shall defend our civilization, whatever the cost may be, we shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills and the mountains; we shall never surrender, and even if, which I do not for a moment believe, this nation or a large part of it were subjugated and starving, then our peoples and allies over the seas, armed and guarded by the British Fleet, would carry on the struggle, until, in the inevitable Marxist dialectic, the Outer World, with all its power and might, steps forth to the rescue and the liberation of the Middle Kingdom."
I recognize it as a bold plagarism of the Churchill speech, during the darkest moments of World War iI. The clear intent is to show how the UK is now allied with the Chinese.
We have a local copy of Google Translate. We do not have any surviving Chinese speakers.
We only get a few phrases out of it.
"If America does not stop her outrageous aggression against the Chinese people we will be forced to use all means to defend the survivors of our murdered millions."
"The Final Weapon has yet to be used."
"The Middle Kingdom will stand."
I turn to Wyatt.
"They have a doomsday device, don't they."
He nods.
"Yep."
There is little we can do to prepare. By its very nature, a doomsday weapon is impossible to prepare against.
But what little we can do, we will.
"We need to accelerate the shelter programs. We need to berm the Data Center and C building and get redundant water supply for one month of high fallout operations.
"What if that's not enough?"
"We die. Have you ever read _Level 7_?"
"No. Should I?"
"Unfortunately."
It can always get worse. Even in Apocalypse.
