TO: 5SWG, 121st Detachment, Uzbekistan [a 20 soldier Special Forces 'A' team deployed to train Uzbek forces]

Change of mission authenticator Whiskey Xray Zulu Tango Two Seven One.
Rules of engagement change: unlimited nuclear war with People's Republic of China
Mission: disrupt Chinese prison complex at Dabancheng, Xinjiang Province. Free and arm Uighur prisoners and conduct self sustaining Phase I insurgency operations against Chinese occupation forces. NUCFLASH - a close nuclear strike intended to breach the perimeter of this facility is scheduled for NLT 72 hours from now. Other than this disruptive strike no further operational or logistics support will be available to your mission for at least 30 days. Method of insertion will be HAHO glider from hijacked commercial aircraft. Execute this operation immediately as local government has been directed to intern your unit for in-country Russian forces to destroy. Once your operations are established in 30 to 90 days, make shortwave contact for weather reporting and to attempt to open a logistics bridge. Do not communicate at all before this time as satcom will be disrupted and you will be at war with provincial air and land forces of multiple Army strength. An attempt will be made to transmit NUCWARN messages no more than 24 hours prior to any further strikes in your AO. Avoid immediate vicinity of high value targets. Unit is exempted from ROE Hiroshima - survival of your unit to carry out your mission is more important than detection/destruction of enemy nuclear capable assets. Good luck. Acknowledge by sending AAA and destroying your code sets and keys.
