They refused to provide E-mail confirmation of cancellation. Their chat software does not offer the option of E-mail confirmation. Even a phone call did not get E-mail confirmation sent.

{Andrew Clark} our corporate IT was considering efax and based on my feedback, dismissed your company from consideration

{Andrew Clark} I did a price comparison online and you are the most expensive fax service with the fewest features . . . too late, just cancel, thanks
{- Albert S.} I do understand your concern that currently you do not need the service . But it is always good to have a alternative faxing service to have as you may not know when the need for faxing arise.

{- Albert S.} In the current scenario and as a special consideration, we will waive off the monthly fee for two months.Your eFax account will be credited with $33.90 so that you may utilize our services without being billed any monthly fee for the next two billing cycles.
{- Albert S.} Please be assured that you will not be charged any monthly fee for the next 2 billing period. However, usage charges are applicable for sending faxes if any.
{- Albert S.} All you need to do is just contact us back at the end of this credit period to let us know whether you wish to continue or not. There is certainly no obligation to stay back after this period if you do not wish to.
